A Masquerade in Paris

A Quinceara, also known as a Sweet 15 or 15-year anniversary ball, is a Hispanic tradition celebrating a girls transition into adulthood. The Quinceaera usually starts out with a religious ceremony and ends with a lavish reception very similar to a wedding reception. The ceremony highlights God, family, friends, music, food, and dance. One of the biggest parts of the occasion is the honorees gown, usually an ornate Cinderella type ball gown. Oftentimes, a bridal gown is worn. The theme of the ball was A Masquerade Ball in Paris.
